Open Question: 10 points for honest answer?

A guy chased me for 3 years without my respond until I agreed to date him last December. After 2 months dating, he brought me home to meet his parents then proposed to marry me. I said I would think about accepting it since it is not rush.
He was on a business trip but did not contact me at all. I called him to ask what happened and he said he was back home for some days but too busy to call. He promised to call me back later but he did not …. its been 3 days of silence.
What do u think about him?
