I don’t own this property per se’ but i spend time there weekly. I pay about $200 up front (is this Earnest money?) for an hours’ use of this room, which includes an ‘attendant.’
I conduct ‘business’ in this same room so often it feels like home. And the attendant often yells things like ‘you own this honey!’
So, having pretty much established residence, do I need to fill out a certain form or what?
