Open Question: Does anybody know of good Marketing/Communications headhunter in the Washington DC area?

I live in the Washington DC area and have been looking for Marketing/Communications jobs (including, Business Analyst, Business Development, Communications, Public Affairs) for over a year now, with a majority of my hardcore looking being within the last two-three months. I haven’t scored one single interview as of yet. The only interview I had was with Randstad. I e-mailed them to see if they had any potential mktg jobs (which the guy told me to do) and he never even responded back. I just need help with my job search, cover letter, etc. I’m not sure if it’s something I’m writing or not writing. I just need help!!! I’ll sit at home and put in application after application (sometimes having to litterally pull myself away from the computer and have my family members nagging me “take a break, take a break”). I’m not sure what else to do or where to turn. Any help anyone could provide would be great.
