I have been feeling weak lately, since last few months. I dont get time for the gyms so…
My life – 7am – 10 am college, 11 am to 6pm working in my dads business, 7 pm got tutions for an hour, and they get very tired or you could say i feel layz… probally at the end of the day, sometimes i meet a few friends and smoke a joint or play video games which i love doing. There are no weekends for me because i have to work on saturday and sunday sometimes if i have to check on the production at the factory.
Only time i can gym at home is between 8pm to 10 pm.
I think im going to just purchase a few dumbells and set up a mini gym at home > Good idea ?
Tips on how to excercise ? ( i dont think i can get a personal trainer at my time )
