so my mum is on a business trip for 2 months, and my dad lives about 2 hours away. so while she is away i have to live with my uncle and his girlfriend so i can still go to the same school as i am in the middle of my exams.
anyway my uncle is an extremely heavy drinker, he has a beer in the morning, and goes out to work then he goes to the pub after work until about 8pm, and sometimes has dinner and goes out again. his girlfriend is also a heavy drinker and she just sits indoors drinking vodka and things, then goes out to meet him and comes home about 9ish. They are always really mean when they are drunk, and scream at me telling me to get out their sight and to get out the house, and their friends usually come round and they are just as bad as them. They all just sit there smoking and drinking so i just sit in my room listening to music or something. My uncles gf is a right b*tch and will throw stuff at me like her vodka bottles and we sometimes have small fights, she also says if i say anything stuff will happen and my uncle just agrees with her and eggs her on. This is really making me down, and im always bruised so they dont let me do pe most of the time so i think my friends and teachers are a bit worried, and my pe teacher keeps asking if im ok and such, and he is the nicest teacher i get on with at school. I dont want to say anything because i am going to wait it out until my mum comes back so i wont go into care or anything. But i am getting really down and i cant be asked to do work at school and i dont want to do anything really, so how can i start being happy and put on a brave face? thanks in advance, imogenx
My uncle is also a diabetic, he smokes and drinks then blames me when he has an attack. my parents are not guilty as it is my mums brother, she didnt know he would be like this
