Open Question: What are some good ways a teen can make money at home without the involvement of parents?

I’m 16 and i read about how teens can make some good money. I heard that you can for example get paid by blogging or writing (something about advertising). Does anyone know how to go about that. I’ve also heard stuff like kids that started their own business and are making a ton. How could one start that. I have no clue where to start, any ideas or help would be great!
