Open Question: what subjects are good for my potential carrer?

I am 15 and when it comes to my main future career I am mostly interested in working with building and housing. That may sound brief.. because it is. I have narrowed it down to two quite different sectors. Interior designing and estate agency. At school I will be required to do some sort of course next year for it. But first I need to find subjects that are the most suitable/required for the courses. What subjects would be good to take (like art, business, etc) for qualifications in interior designing, estate agency, and or home/housing jobs.
