Open Question: Which political party do I belong to?

I have to do a school activity for US History. Here are the questions and my answers.
1. Do you support abortion: Yes, only as long as the baby is younger then 20 weeks. Also, if the dad doesn’t want it but the mom does, then the father shouldn’t have to pay child support. If the mom doesn’t want it but the dad does, then the mom should show good reasons why they shouldn’t keep the baby.
2. Do you believe in the death penalty: Yes, but only as long as there is GREAT evidence to support the verdict. (this is talking about the killing of the guilty, not them sitting in jail for life).
3. Would you rather have 2 big businesses or 4 small businesses? I said 1 big and 2 little so the big can sell stuff to the small and the 2 small can sell stuff to the people.
4. How would you go about helping a community with a high crime rating? I said to create more neighborhood watch programs get the community to try and help fix some problems, like repainting over graffiti cleaning neighborhoods (that’s of the main causes of high crime, bad neighborhoods the signs of crime draws more people to it.)
5. Do you agree with unions? Yes, but only if the company, and the workers agree. If the company allows it, then the workers can join. But the workers do not have to join.
6. What is one thing you would change if you were president? I said i would have the President and the Governors meet more. I feel like they do not talk as much as a WHOLE. There are meetings between the president and one Governor but never the president and all the governors This needs to be changed if we are going to be a country of United States.
7. Do you think government should lower welfare and lower the amount of money given to people on unemployment? I said yes. Some times people just do not want to work and they like the free money. They should have to show great evidence on why they lost their job. If they lost their job by breaking rules, then they do not deserve unemployment.
8. If the United States got attacked like another attack like 9/11 or Pearl Harbor, how would you respond if you were president? I would respond by talking to congress about declaring war on the attackers. The president takes a vow to protect freedom, and if people attack us and in dangerdanger ourom, we will go to war to protect that freedom.
9. How would you respond to a natural disaster? I would send in available military units to help clear the disaster area before the disaster happens, if we know it will happen. I will use the coast guard and air force to help move people in planes to safe areas. If homes are destroyed I will send the military to help rebuild the homes. We are all americans who live in this country, and we should be willing to help the innocent who suffer from natural disasters.
10. How would you handle the illegal immigration? I would try harder then we are trying now in catching the illegal immigrates. When we do catch them, they should be sent back along with their families back to where they came from (not trying to be racist!! sorry if it sounded like that!!!) and they should be helped back into this country the right way. If they cant get in the right way, then they wont be let in. If they are murderers or if they raped someone, they should be banned from this country forever.
