I know I shouldn’t be complaining given the economy.. I have my Bachelors degree in Business and HR Mngmt. I have been here 3 years. I make 13.50 an hour. I am still punching a time clock. It is a factory and I feel very underutilized. I sit all day long with a few projects here and there. The benefits are wonderful and I have a son so that is a perk but honestly after 2 years no raise and going home everyday feeling worthless and depressed I can’t do it anymore. I need more money and ecerytime I ask they tell me no. It is a small family owned business and they have their favorites. Im guessing Im not one of them. I do not know what to do. I didnt spend that time earning my degree to be a loser and I feel like one. I am currently trying to find another job. No luck yet. But this is affecting my home life because I am so miserable. Any advice?? I feel like I got the wrong degree or maybe just picked the wrong job. I dont do anything challenging or rewarding here.
Open Question: What is the ideal # of times a dog should be walked each day?
September 9th, 2010
admin I have a Bichon Frise who is left alone during the day while I work. I walk him at 5:30 a.m. and again at 8:00 p.m. I also have a dog walker come in and he walks him 3 times a day and checks up on him.
Over the last two weeks he has refused to go out with the dog walker. He hides under the bed and growls when the dog walker tries to retrieve him.
As I don’t get home until 5:00 p.m. I am a little concerned that this is too long for him to wait – although he has not done his business in the house while I am away.
Is this normal for a two year old dog? What can I do to encourage him to go with the dog walker?
